Basic Security Setup

Use the following commands to set up the security on the Adit 600. For further

information see the Adit 600 User Manual.

Command Description

set password length

{long|short}

Set user password length requirement.

add user {“user-name”}

[password {“password”}]

Add user and password as necessary.

set user {"user-name"} level

{1-3}

Specify the user’s security level.

set user {"user-name"}

password

Set/change password for the user as

necessary.
